Arrow Season 4: See the New Superhero Suit! But they'll see a truly different Oliver Queen on Arrow Season 4, one donning an entirely fresh look. Check out Oliver's new costume HERE and watch the sizzle reel that debuted at Comic-Con above. “We’ve always said the progression for Oliver is very much from the Arrow to Green Arrow,” teased executive producer Greg Berlanti at the show's panel. “This is first real stop in that direction." Fans can also expect to be a little happier themselves when this CW drama premieres on October 7. It won't suddenly be a sitcom, but... "When the season starts, he’s in much a better place," previewed producer Andrew Kreisberg. "He’s happy. He’s in love. That feeling infuses all the characters. There’s a little bit more fun [and] more humor."
