Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez are on the cusp of the divorce and an announcement is imminent, according to new media reports.
Just weeks after their second wedding anniversary, the explosive filing could come as soon as today, with Martinez' temper a central reason.
The French actor famously got into a brawl with Gabriel Aubry, Berry's previous beau and father to her daughter Nahla, at her home in 2012.
In January of this year, Olivier was caught on camera allegedly hitting an airport employee with a car seat. Martinez did not face any charges.
According to reports, Berry asked him to attend counseling sessions to deal with his volatile temperament, but that wasn't enough, and lately?
Insiders close to the duo say he's just been absent ... literally.
"It seems Halle and Olivier have finally hit the end of the road," a source said. "They have weathered a lot of ups and downs in their relationship."
Recently though, "Olivier has been completely MIA."
Also missing? Halle's wedding ring. A telltale sign?
Insiders said the couple had been experiencing issues as far back as October 2014, and have not been photographed together since January.
She was previously married to David Justice from 1992-97, and Eric Benet from 2001-05, and had a baby with Aubry before they split.
Both sides had no comment.
