Expressing his consternation over the ever-changing mind of the opposite sex (are you listening, Selena Gomez?), the beloved artist has released his latest single, "What Do You Mean?" The 21-year-old star - who will perform the track for the first time live at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday - made the single available today via Apple Music and Spotify. He also dropped a lyric video that depicts Bieber skateboarding alongside Ryan Sheckler and Chelsea Castro. "Girls are often flip-floppy," Bieber told Ryan Seacrest regarding the basis for this song. "They say something and they mean something else. So … what do you mean? I don’t really know, that’s why I’m asking." What Do You Mean is the first single off Bieber's upcoming album, which will be available for purchase on November 13. That's a long time from now. But at least you can listen to the latest from Bieber over and over and over again until then!
