Olympic swimming great Ryan Lochte has apparently filed the paperwork to trademark his signature catchphrase, "Jeah." Yes, Ryan Lochte has his own catchphrase, and yes, that catchphrase is the word "Yeah" only with a J.
The application is pending.
Custom Lochte DVDs, gift cards, mugs, drinking glasses, trading cards, calendars, posters, swimsuits, swim caps, sports hats, and water bottles? #JEAH!!!
Ryan is already selling the merch on his official site. Unclear if he's making any real money with it, but the 28-year-old evidently thinks there's potential.
If you were wondering, Ryan says he got the idea for the phrase from Young Jeezy, who exclaims "Chea!" in his songs, and it applies to "something good."
