Kim Kardashian will attend a Marine Corps ball in North Carolina tonight.
The reality star will be on hand at the HQ Battery 10th Marine Birthday Ball, having been invited by a serviceman months ago and rearranging her schedule to attend.
"One of the Marines asked her to attend as a special guest of the event and she changed her schedule so she could," an insider reports. "She's honored to be invited."
Kim joins the ranks of Justin Timberlake, Mila Kunis and Kristin Cavallari, who all attended military bashes in 2011 after similar requests from our men and women in uniform.
Kardashian returned to the U.S. earlier this week after a whirlwind trip to London to promote her Kardashian Kollection with sisters Kourtney and Khloe.
She flaunted her fashion line and major PDA with Kanye West throughout.
