A surveillance video from a gas station in Maryland has emerged, possibly revealing one of the winners of this week's Powerball jackpot, one of the biggest ever.
The video shows a man in a yellow construction worker-esque suit showing what he claims to be a ticket with the Powerball winning numbers to a gas station clerk:
Excited, the man exits the store but forgets to pay for his gas; one can forgive him for that momentary lapse. After paying the bill, then he drives away for good.
