Art can take interesting forms, as we saw earlier today with a Lindsay Lohan trash portrait. Shawn Lisjack's creation blows that out of the water, however.
Most of us dread having our cars keyed or scratched. Shawn turned this into an art form ... hand-engraving his entire 1992 Honda Civic VX hatchback!

After picking up the skill of engraving in '07 and playing around with various materials, the self-taught artiste realized he could do it on painted metals, too.
You know, like automobiles.
"I wanted to create something that was truly unique and 'one of a kind' that the world has never seen before," he said, and 5,000 hours later, did he ever!
The Honda was upgraded with a few custom carbon-fiber parts, then painted with a white primer and a black top coat a few years ago. Then he went to work.
Using a Dremel with a diamond-bit drill, Lisjack then set out to hand engrave the entirety of the body, and he did so, painstakingly, over every last inch.
Integrating Japanese-themed designs, company logos and freestyle layouts to fill any remaining space between, the entire Civic is now a masterpiece.
Even if it just looks dirty from afar.
