On April 19, a 25-year old Reddit user decided to apply for the NBA Draft.

This dude was ready to suit up, as he pleaded his case in a letter sent to Commissioner David Stern:

But here's the thing: by rule, the league must reply to anyone who seeks Draft entrance.
Which is why Vice President Andy Taub wrote back to the Hoboken resident, acknowledged his college degree was awarded in 2010 and concluded:
As a result, you were eligible for the draft immediately following your senior year, and are now a free agent eligible to sign with any NBA team.
