A Florida restaurant that specializes in unique Mexican recipes has removed a controversial item from its menu.
Taco Fusion, which opened three months ago in Tampa, has been doing solid business due to its unique fare, but customers apparently drew the line at a lion taco.
Following complains that the meat of an endangered species should not be for sale - for $35, no less! - manager Brad Barnett finally caved to public pressure and yanked the dish.

The restaurant issued a statement saying the lion taco is gone for good - but have no fear, exotic dinner lovers:
