Joe Francis to Jury: You're Mentally F--king Retarded and Should Be Euthanized >>Hollywood

Joe Francis is not a happy convicted felon right about now.

The 40-year-old sleaze entrepreneur gave an interview with The Hollywood Reporter after being convicted of assault and false imprisonment this spring.

Now Joe is RAILING off against his 12 peers, who he claims do not deserve to live because they're not smart enough to get out of jury duty. Seriously.

"I want that jury to know that each and every one of you are mentally f--king retarded and you should be euthanized because, as Darwin said, you have naturally selected yourself," he said.

"You are the weakest members of the herd. Goodbye! If a jury wants to convict me because I didn't show up, which is the only reason they did, then they should all be lined up and shot!"

Well, tell us how you really feel there, Joey.

Police say Joe met three women at a Hollywood nightclub in 2011, took them home and got into a violent altercation with them. A jury concurred.

Francis says it's all BS - the verdict and the legal system.

"The problem with the jury system is that anyone who's not smart enough to come with an excuse to get out of jury duty doesn't get out. Only the stupidest of the stupidest people end up on juries!"

"I've never met a smart person who's done jury duty."

So, the Girls Gone Wild founder didn't bother to show up at his own trial, was convicted by unanimous vote, and now blames the system? Brilliant.

He firmly believes he is the victim here, however.

"You know why I've been criticized, why I've been brutalized?" he asks, rhetorically and literally, insinuating that his awesomeness makes him a target.

"Anybody who criticizes me, anybody who - it's just a jealous guy. Everybody who says, 'Oh, Joe Francis is this' - look at their penis and tell me if it's small. Tell me."

"I have private jets, I have a great life, I'm a good-looking guy. I'm not conceited, but like ... look, I have girls around me all the time, whatever I want."

"I make a lot of money. It's a great life. If I wasn't me, I'd f--king hate me."

A lot of people definitely do, guy. Including everyone in the media, according to Francis, because they're reporting he could get five years in prison.

"Because [reporters] are assholes, of course," he laments. "Look, at the most, I could get 90 days of anger management. That's the maximum."

After receiving significant backlash for this interview, Francis released a statement in which he sought to clarify and put his remarks into context:

"I did NOT commit a crime at all whatsoever. All that was publicized were my most intemperate remarks that were borne out of frustration but with no intent to cause anyone harm."
