Well, this is a new one.
A woman named Starkeema Greenidge has filed a lawsuit because she claims to have contracted herpes at a Barclay Center Rihanna concert in Brooklyn.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Greenidge explains that a rep for RiRi Woo - a produced endorsed by the singer - applied the lipstick to her upper lip and told her to spread it around.
The next day?
"My whole lip was irritated and hugely swollen," Greenidge says, adding that she went to a doctor and was diagnosed with the disease.
Naturally, it could only have come from the fact that many others in attendance at the concert had also sampled the lipstick. Or so Greenidge argues.
She is suing M.A.C. Cosmetics, Inc. for unspecified damages.
On the plus side for Rihanna, hey, at least Amanda Bynes now says she
