Rachel Uchitel and Matt Hahn: Battling For Custody of Daughter Jun 12th 2013, 13:05 Rachel Uchitel and Matt Hahn are getting divorced. Tiger Woods' #1 mistress is already in a custody fight, too, with Matt seeking custody of their one-year-old daughter - plus spousal and child support. On June 10, Matt Hahn officially filed to divorce Rachel Uchitel, who he married a year and a half ago, citing "cruel and inhuman treatment" on her part. He wrote in his court declaration: "The defendant [Rachel] so endangers the physical or mental well being of the plaintiff as renders it unsafe or improper for the plaintiff to cohabit with the defendant." Rachel's rep, Howard Bragman, said in a statement: "Rachel Uchitel is ending her marriage of less than two years to insurance executive and former Penn State fullback Matt Hahn." "The couple have a one-year-old daughter, Wyatt Lily, together." "It is Ms. Uchitel's goal to resolve this action amicably, quickly and quietly and not in the media. No further details are being released at this time by Ms. Uchitel. Good thing he mentioned Matt's PSU football position. Is he getting paid by the word? In any case, it's clear that the split is not what you'd call amicable. Reports of nasty altercations, name-calling and even physical violence have surfaced. We're not saying it's going to drag on 10 times the length of the marriage itself, a la Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries, but a quick resolution is unlikely.
