LAPD officers noticed Suge straddling two lanes of the road near Beverly Hills at around 12:30 as he cruised around in his truck ... with no license plates.
The Death Row Records founder was pulled over and was sober, at least.
Only Sugar Bear failed to appear in court for one of his previous cases of driving with a suspended license, thus a warrant was issued for his arrest.
As a result, he was taken into custody and
