Famed trainer Jillian Michaels covers the new issue of Shape Magazine, and inside, takes it all off, showing us that she's in really good ... well, Shape.
The fitness guru bares all in the July/August 2014 edition, posing nude and revealing her seriously toned body, which looks insane for 40 or any age:
The Biggest Loser star, who rocks a gray tank and red bikini bottoms on the cover, revealed she feels better about herself now in her 40s than before.
"When I think back on my 20s and 30s, I look better now than I ever have. Yes, I'm older but I'm also wiser and that's a more intrinsic type of beauty," she says.
40 is the new 30, people. Words to live by.
Michaels regularly works out to stay in shape, but she adds, it's important for women to be strong for their overall confidence, not just at the gym.
"It's important for women to have overall strength, because when you feel physically powerful, it transcends into every facet of your life," she said.
The mom to daughter Lukensia, 4, and son Phoenix, 2 (with partner Heidi Rhoades) added that she still has some imperfections like anyone else.
"Do I want to have a better butt? Sure, but I'm healthy and can wear my skinny jeans," Michaels said, noting that in the grand scheme, "that's good enough!"
