Teen Mom 2 returns for the second half of Season 5 on July 16, and when it does, there will be no respite from the drama we last saw on MTV in April.
When we saw her last, a very pregnant Jenelle Evans was fighting with baby daddy-to-be Nathan Griffith, who was also clashing with her mother Barbara.
Suffice it to say from the trailer above, those tensions have not simmered down.
Ditto bad blood between Chelsea Houska and Adam Lind, who took a break from knocking up Taylor Halbur to get arrested for DUI for like the 15th time.
But DUI has nothing to do with parenting, he insists. So step off, Chelsea!
Meanwhile, Leah Messer learned that daughter Ali has a rare genetic condition, and Kailyn Lowry was raising a second baby and fighting for custody of her first.
In the new teaser, all four ladies are forced to work through precarious financial issues, health concerns and fragile relationships with their loved ones.
Gonna be a bumpy ride this summer. Other notable highlights include:

- Barbara and Nathan exchanging heated barbs and allegations
- Kailyn Lowry trying to juggle two sons and two baby daddies
