If you've seen the many Kim Kardashian nude photos that are forever making the rounds on social media, then you know Mrs. West is mighty comfortable with her body these days.
But that wasn't always the case.
Kim has changed a lot over the years, and we're not talking about her last name.
Rumors that Kim has had plastic surgery have been around for as long as she's been famous, and the reality star has never explicitly denied having work done.
Of course, Hollywood tends place a lot of pressure on women to attain physical perfection, but according to a childhood friend, Kim became obsessed with altering her appearance long before she became a household name.
"At thirteen, we started becoming more aware of ourselves," says Nikki Lund, a designer who was best friends with Kim growing up.
"We began wearing makeup and started dieting. It was mostly Atkins and the South Beach Diet. We did the Cabbage Soup Diet and we'd be there boiling great big vats of cabbage."
Lund says Kim also began fretting over her facial features while she was still in middle school.
"Kim was always saying her nose wasn't perfect," Lund says. "I thought she was nuts. Every girl has something they don't like."
It's widely known that Kim's received Botox treatments, but no one's ever been able to verify that she's had more extensive work done.
Lund stops just shy of confirming that Kim's gone under the knife, but fortunately, we have literally thousands of selfies to help figure out just what the world's most famous sex tape star has done to her face.
