Never one to mince words, Rihanna was not about to let the opportunity pass to slam Indiana's new religious freedom law while performing in that very state.
Headlining set at the March Madness Music Fest in Indianapolis' White River State Park this weekend during the Final Four, she tore into the law, and HARD.
Indiana's controversial Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) has made headlines since the moment it passed, and few of them have been good.
Critics say its entire point is subtle but firm discrimination toward the LGBT community, resulting in monstrous backlash from outside the state and within.
The bill will reportedly be amended to make it less discriminatory, but Rihanna still unloaded on the RFRA in an expletive-laden tirade from the Hoosier State.
Prior to performing her hit "Live Your Life," Rihanna asked, "Who's feeling these new bulls--t laws that they're trying to pass over here? I say f--- that s---t!"
"We're just living our motherf--king lives, Indiana!" added the singer, inciting chants of "F--k that s--t." Makes her stance on the issue pretty clear, no?
Although Rihanna's March Madness performance was live-streamed online, her comments were heavily, and not surprisingly, censored upon broadcast.
Along with her latest track "American Oxygen," Rihanna also performed her recent singles "FourFiveSeconds" and "Bitch Better Have My Money."
She reached back into her catalog of classics as well, treating her fans to renditions of "Rock Star 101," "Stay," "We Found Love" and set closer "Diamonds."
It was her rant about the Indiana law that people will remember, though, and she's far from alone. Bleachers' Jack Antonoff also shared his "low opinion" of it.
As she sings in her catchy tune, Umbrella, Rihanna is letting the rain pour, folks. The naked, sexy singer is certainly being all we need and more in this FHM photo shoot.
Rihanna takes a picture of herself in the bathroom, supposedly. Is it really are? Are the naked pics in this same batch her? We will soon find out ... maybe.
