The former U.S. Army General and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff shared an incredible throwback Thursday selfie via Facebook on March 13. Check out the would-be Secretary of State over a half century ago ... "Throwback Thursday - I was doing selfies 60 years before you Facebook folks," the now 76-year-old joked in his caption. "Eat your heart out Ellen!" The black and white snapshot shows a (very!) handsome young Powell, who looks to be in his late teens or early '20s, taking a selfie in his room.
