There went the brides on Pretty Little Liars Season 4 Episode 23.
The latest installment of this ABC Family drama centered on two questions:
- Would would the girls look like on their wedding day
- Is Mrs. DiLaurentis actually A?
The first question was answered via participation in a charity event, while Spencer was all about the second.
According to Jason, his mom has always blamed Spencer for harassing Alison.
Based on that theory, no, Mrs. Di would not be evil, she would merely be a protective parent. But then why is she against the police re-opening their investigation into her daughter's disappearance?
Moreover, how can we believe Jason in the first place? A recently-fired Dean spilled this week that the rehab center Jason claimed to visit had been closed... for two years!
So where was he? Working with his mom maybe? Was he the one handed a suitcase before the bridal show?
Two options appear to be on the table now: multiple DiLaurentis family members have formed an A team; or they are being duped or blackmailed by the actual A because they are so desperate for the truth.
As you might expect from the penultimate episode of Season 4, more questions than answers were generated this week. But at least Alison has finally re-emerged and we may actually learn a lot on the finale.
