He passed away from a non-scrotum health issue, reports indicate. Wesley Warren Jr. Interview Wesley Warren passed away on Friday after suffering two heart attacks in 2014. He had been hospitalized for five and a half weeks prior to his death. He was only 49. Warren's friend told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that his diabetes led to the prolonged hospitalization, and he suffered the heart attacks while there. Prior to his surgery last summer to remove the 132-pound scrotum, he used to wear hooded sweatshirts as pants as a makeshift scrotum sling.
