Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber have quite a history together, so even though they're not dating this second, it's no surprise that she cares about him.
Reportedly, Selena and Justin went on a dinner date to Beverly Hills' Mastro's Steakhouse last week, during which she told her former beau bluntly:
