Miley Cyrus: Smokin in Video Music Awards Teaser! Jul 24th 2015, 18:52, by Hilton Hater The Parents Television Council may not want to watch the following promotional video. A couple days after that organization slammed Miley Cyrus as a profane choice to host the 2015 Video Music Awards, MTV has unveiled the first teaser in anticipation of that event. And it features Cyrus emerging from behind a cloud of smoke. Miley, of course, has never exactly been shy about her love for marijuana - and, while this promo doesn't depict a joint or a bong or anything, it's hard to imagine the intention wasn't to subtly imply as much. The VMAs, of course, have already enjoyed their fair share of scandal in 2015, with Nicki Minaj complaining about her lack of nominations and Azealia Banks accusing America of being racist.
