Constance Jablonski, a Victoria's Secret model, is being sued for more than $3 million after allegedly ditching her agency for one of its main rivals.
Marilyn Model Management says she bolted last month despite a three-year ascent from "a virtually unknown model" into an international star under its tutelage.
The company claims its direct competitor, DNA Model Management, poached the French-born Constance Jablonski under false pretenses, to boot.
"DNA is ... unlawfully attempting to seize the coveted relationships that Marilyn has created and fostered for Jablonski," the lawsuit charged.
"DNA's wrongful conduct is for the purpose of destablizing Marilyn's business, and causing irreparable damage to its image (and) reputation."
The lawsuit seeks $3.3 million in damages and an injunction banning DNA from repping Jablonski, who also serves as the face of Estée Lauder in its ads.
Jablonski, 21, made her first appearance in the prestigious Victoria's Secret fashion show in 2010, signing with Marilyn management only two years earlier.
