Upstate New York mom Judy Viger has been arrested after she allegedly hired a pair of strippers to dance with - and on - her son at his surprise birthday party.
Her son was turning 16 years old.
Viger, 33, faces five counts of endangering the welfare of a child following the November incident at Spare Time Bowling Center in South Glens Falls, N.Y.
She stands accused of hiring two women to perform. Photos allegedly show a "scantily clad, tattooed woman clinging upside down to a seated teen."
Saratoga County D.A. James Murphy said police had interviewed numerous witnesses and parents, and that some children present were as young as 13.
Tops in Bottoms, the company that reportedly supplied the strippers, and a man who answered the phone said the incident was "blown out of proportion."
Tops In Bottoms said dancers did not know anyone was underage, which seems a little hard to believe, given that we're talking about kids ages 13-16.
