A huge, multi-car crash on the final lap of Saturday's Nationwide Series race at Daytona International Speedway injured 28 fans, many very seriously.

Halifax Medical Center reports that one adult underwent surgery for life-threatening head trauma, while a 14-year-old is in critical, but not life-threatening condition.
