Kris Jenner is once again at the center of a tabloid scandal.
For the fourth week in a row, this reality TV matriarch covers In Touch Weekly, but this time the magazine is not asserting that she shoved Kim Kardashian or that she never wanted kids.
It's claiming Kris cheated on Bruce Jenner with Todd Waterman.
Waterman is an ex-soccer player who Kris was also accused of having an with when she was married to Robert Kardashian.
"Last year, Kris persuaded Todd to appear on Keeping Up With the Kardashians," an insider tells the publication. "It was her way of paying him off and making sure he stayed silent about their torrid past."
The source says Waterman received a payment of around $15,000 to make the cameo.
In Touch, meanwhile, alleges that Waterman admitted to "sleeping" with Jenner "when she started dating Bruce," but that admission took place in January 2012.
