Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott Divorce: Getting Ugly? >>Hollywood

Despite the best efforts of one party involved, the Tori Spelling divorce rumors are growing stronger and uglier by the day.

The tabloid first published reports of a $300 million split late last month, to which Spelling took to her blog and went off on the publication, claiming her children were scared by the cover story.

Shockingly, this did not deter editors from continuing to claim the marriage is over.

"Dean's bags are packed," a friend supposedly tells Star. "He is done with Tori and all her drama...  He's even set up meetings with divorce attorneys to see what his options are and he's been house hunting. Tori has no idea."

The relationship is simply a "sham" at this point, according to the anonymous source, while a former pal of Dean's named Michael Olifers is actually willing to go on record:

"He's stayed with Tori for the money and fame, but it's now at a point where he knows he'll be set for life, so he can leave the marriage."
