This is not Brandi Glanville's week when it comes to body parts.

First, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member practically showed it all when stumbling drunk out of a bar crawl.

Now, Brandi has taken to Twitter to whine about her broken hand, which she suffered in self-defense class Wednesday evening. Take a look at it here:

"We are at circus my hand is throbbing and swollen and I couldn't do my hair at all but its amazing!" Glanville Tweeted yesterday, proving her self-centeredness toughness.

She isn't the only celebrity this week to share her injury via a social network.

Mariah Carey dislocated her shoulder during a music video shoot and then posted a video of herself leaving the hospital.

We're not sure why these women feel the need to publicize their pain to the public. Seems a bit self-serving and conceited.
