We came down to Bryan, Jennifer and Douglas on the finale of Top Chef Masters.
Before a winner could be named, however, the cooking tables were turned, with these finalists kicking back, relaxing and actually enjoying a meal made for them by Curtis Stone.
But the competition was then ratcheted up a notch… or four notches, we should say, as the contestants were tasked with a four-course meal that represented something old, something new, something borrowed and something sous.
Among the tasty concoctions laid out for the judges: Bryan's Groat Salad with Dungeness Crag; Jennifer's Paella Gnocchi with Chicken Meatballs, Mussels and Shrimp; and Douglas' Black Sesame Panna Cotta, Shattered Miso Custard and Green Tea Matcha.
