She just gave birth to her second child!
Sources have confirmed to TooFab that the gorgeous actress and husband Brian Austin Green welcomed a son into the world today. No word at the moment on his measurements or name.
The couple is also parents to an 18-month old named Noah, while Green is the father to 11-year-old Kassius with ex Vanessa Marcil.
