In an exclusive Us Weekly photo, the former centerfold shows off a rather drastic 'do change, telling the magazine she was "tired of looking the same" and adding:
"People judge you on your appearance. It's frustrating when you go about your daily life and people assume that just because you look the same way you did 10 years ago, you're the same."
