Was Kendra Wilkinson devastated to learn that her husband Hank Baskett cheated on her with a transsexual woman just weeks before their second child was born?
You better believe it. Ransacked by betrayal and stressed out to the point where her milk production is suffering, she is said to be a ... well, a Baskett case.
Kendra met with a divorce lawyer to explore all her options, but despite the shock, heartbreak and disgust, Wilkinson hasn't pulled the plug yet. Why?
She's got her two young kids to think about and help but still love Hank, sure ... but she's also trying to figure out how to best capitalize on the scandal.

"Kendra has by no means taken Hank back, but she's at least hearing him out now. Letting him grovel and beg to keep their family together," an insider said.
"The fate of their marriage pretty much lies solely in Kendra's hands right now. She will always love him, but she's not sure she can get over the betrayal."
The source points out that Wilkinson, 29, is "a really smart girl. She knows how the business works and knows how to make lemonade out of lemons."
Does that mean a special reality show, True Kendra? Or the aforementioned Baskett Case? It's unclear, but the source says her family is still the top priority.
"The who, what, when, of the entire cheating thing really threw Kendra for a loop. She was truly blindsided," the source added. "She has a lot to think about."
Namely the fact that her man is allegedly attracted to women with pensises. That can't be easy to process for the former Playboy bunny ... or anyone.
Whatever her motivations, don't look for Hank to get the boot anytime soon, if at all. He might even be bailed out not by his kids and/or the almighty dollar.
"Ultimately Kendra will always do what's best for her kids," the insider continued, "and that might be keeping their father around. She doesn't know yet."
Even though reports say Hank admitted cheating with Ava London, for Kendra, "The decision to end her marriage is not something she's taking lightly."
