It is about to be officially, legally all over for Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon.
Cannon himself confirmed yesterday that the couple has been living apart for months, while multiple outlets report a Cannon-Mariah Carey divorce is all but assured.
There's just a lot for the famous couple to work out behind the scenes, from Mariah's fortune (she's worth $500 million!) to the four homes they own together to custody of their children.
As for why the parents of Dem Babies are going their different ways?
"The issue is that Nick and Mariah don't trust each other," an insider tells Radar, specifically adding:
"Mariah thinks that when Nick travels that he cheats on her! Mariah is super jealous and things are clearly not good between them."
Carey and Cannon haven't been seen together in public since February and the former's Instagram photos haven't included shots of her estranged husband in months.
In that time, however, the America's Got Talent host's account has documented numerous encounters with members of the opposite sex. None of whom are his wife.
Cannon did not address rumors of infidelity or get into details of his split when he said this week there is "trouble in paradise."
"My main focus is my kids," he said of twins Moroccan and Monroe.
