TV producer Ebersol, 32, has been with her for six months, and are taking things slowly, or so she says. The photo gallery above suggests otherwise.
What does she think she needs to make it to the altar and beyond?
"I'm not really the person to ask what it takes to get married," Spears, 33, acknowledges, having been divorced twice and engaged one other time.
"But, personally for me, it's about loving each other and communicating right and being respectful and honest. It takes two people just loving each other a lot."
"Love is a hard one," Britney says. "I don't really understand love as far as relationships. With my kids, it's just unconditional and that's hard to find."
Ebersol won't say how he met Spears, but is clearly already close with her two sons, Sean Preston, 9, and Jayden James, 8, with ex Kevin Federline.
Would she consider having more kids? Well, she does want a girl ...
"I would like to have one more ... I am very satisfied with my two boys but maybe in the future. I would love a mini-me [daughter]. That would be fun!"
We told you yesterday about the rumors of Britney's secret rehab stay late last year. Whether that's true or not, she seems to be in a great place now.

Charlie Ebersol, the son of former NBC president Dick Ebersol, is currently dating the pop princess as of late 2014 and early 2015. Things appear to be going well, and we wish them nothing but the best.
