Foster has suffered brain damage as a result of her illness, and she may soon be forced to quit The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but concerned well-wishers can offer words of support and receive updates on Yolanda through her frequently updated Instagram page.
In addition to sharing photos of her daughter - A-list model daughter Gigi Hadid - and promoting her step-daughters Sarah and Erin Foster's new VH1 sitcom, Yolanda offers frequent evidence that her illness hasn't broken her spirit through inspirational sayings and gorgeous selfies like the ones below:
"Some people are made when they are broken," Yolanda captured the photo on the left.
Unfortunately, for Yolanda, visits to the doctor often mean bad news these days, and she's just as open about the dark times as she is about her optimism.
Foster shared the below photo earlier today after undergoing some tests:

Lyme disease has a wide variety of symptoms, including dangerously high levels of mercury in the patient's bloodstream. Apparently, Yolanda recently learned that that's today that her mercury levels are dangerously high.
There's no telling what the future may hold for Yolanda and her family, but for the time being she's clearly committed herself to offering hope to others who are suffering with chronic illness, and she's living proof that some reality stars are concerned with issues than their ratings.

The climate may be nicer in Beverly Hills, but we're guessing there are times when the SoCal drama makes Yolanda long for life back home in the Netherlands.
Not only did Eileen win a Daytime Emmy for her work on Days of Our Lives, she wrote several mystery in the early 2000s. She'll pull down a whopping $750,000 for her first season as a Housewife.
But Eileen may have some competition in the Most Accomplished Housewife category. Lisa also appeared on Days of Our Lives, she had a starring role on Melrose Place, and she's married to mad Men actor Harry Hamlin. It begs the question - what's she doing reality TV for?
