Pregnant 19 Kids and Counting star Jill Duggar has posted her latest baby bump photo to Instagram, and it's one her fans never expected to see.

We learned earlier this week that Jill Duggar's due date was bumped back - albeit unofficially - and that Mrs. Derick Dillard was in no hurry to induce.
The Dillards are gearing up to celebrate their engagement anniversary this weekend, and could be receiving quite a gift on that emotional occasion.
"I wonder if #babydilly will decide to come on the one year anniversary of my engagement to [Jill] this weekend," Dillard, 25, captioned this photo.
Earlier this week, midwife Jill predicted it could drag on for another week or more, with an Easter Sunday birthday of April 5 on tap for their first child.
For these two devout Christians, that would certainly be appropriate and special, but she's basing it on having shown no signs of labor yet. At all.
Even as her due date - 40 weeks from conception - has come and gone.
No one can predict, of course, but the newlywed is approaching this with the attitude that first babies are often late and he'll come when he comes.
If you watch 19 Kids and Counting online, you know Jill got right into it after tying the knot. She will be a parent well before she's been married a year.
Ever since their big day, they've been gearing up for their next one. "Papa dilly installed the car seat today!" Jill wrote of her dutiful husband's preparations.
"Ready for #babydilly to come any day! #duedate @derickdillard."
