WNBA stars Brittney Griner and Glory Johnson got engaged back in August, but if their latest relationship troubles are any indication, they may not be making it to the altar.
TMZ is reporting that both Griner and Johnson were arrested last night after allegedly assaulting one another at the home they share in Phoenix.
Cops arrived at the residence around 4:30 pm on Wednesday afternoon after neighbors called and reported a domestic disturbance.
According to the police report, Griner and Johnson both suffered "minor physical injuries" in the altercation.
Shockingly, this isn't the first violent encounter that Griner has been involved with in the past year.
While playing for a women's basketball league in China last year, Griner was stabbed by a knife-wielding maniac.
We have no way of knowing who's responsible for instigating yesterday's fight, but we're sure after a nightmare like the China incident, the last thing Griner needs is violence in her own home.
So maybe these two just aren't meant to get hitched.
In addition to the obviously volatile nature of their relationship, there's no way for Griner and Johnson to hyphenate their names without it sounding like some sort of genital trauma.
Thus far, neither party has spoken publicly about the incident.
