As usual, she's been Instagramming like crazy, and she recently celebrated 4/20 by smoking a bong while topless, which in Miley World is a sure sign that everything is as it should be.
But though everything seems to be uber-stoned business as usual for Ms. Cyrus, at least one thing has changed since she dumped Patrick for cheating:

That's Miley at a party in LA last night, where she apparently made out with fashion photographer Mert Atlas (right) and cuddled up with the newly-single Cara Delevingne. (Delevingne broke up with St. Vincent earlier this week.)
Miley was also spotted locking lips with Frankie Rayder.
Odds are, Miley made out her with her fair share of women while she was still going out with Patrick, but the fact that she's re-introduced dudes to her rotation may be the surest sign yet that she and Pat are dunz-o.
Sad news for those two; great news for anyone who harbors dreams of sucking face with ultra-baked A-lister at a Hollywood party.
