Billy Joel Welcomes Baby Girl! Aug 12th 2015, 18:27, by Hilton Hater Billy Joel has a brand new Uptown Girl to call his own. Multiple outlets have confirmed that the iconic singer and his wife, Alexis Joel, welcomed a daughter into the world at 2:40 a.m. in New York on Wednesday. The baby - named Della Rose Joel and weighing in at 7 pounds, 6.5 ounces - is the first child together for this couple. The artist and Alexis announced they were expecting in April. They have been together since 2009 and shocked loved ones with a surprise wedding at Joel's Long Island estate on July 4th. Overall, this is the second child for Joel. The veteran star shares 29-year old daughter Alexa Ray Joel with ex-wife Christie Brinkley. He was also previously married to film set dresser Elizabeth Weber from 1973-1982 and to celebrity chef Katie Lee from 2004-2011. We send our very best to daddy, mommy and little Della!
