Kellie Pickler Drummer Critically Injured in Car Crash; Singer Asks for Prayers Mar 5th 2013, 12:19 Kellie Pickler needs your prayers. The former American Idol finalist and upcoming Dancing with the Stars contestant has asked fans to keep Gregg Lohman in their thoughts, as the singer's drummer was airlifted to a hospital Saturday following a four-car accident in Kentucky. "Gregg is not just my drummer, he is family," Pickler wrote on Twitter and Facebook. "I believe in miracles and the power of prayer, so it would mean the world to me, my band, and Gregg's family if you would please keep him in your prayers. Thank y'all so much." The crash killed six people from the same family on Interstate 65, with another car not noticing that Lohman had slowed down in order to avoid the pile-up. According to CNN, that's when the oncoming vehicle plowed into Lohman's truck, forcing it to rear-end yet another car. Lohman has also performed with Lady Antebellum and SHeDAISY and is a percussion instructor at Tennessee State University. We will keep him in our thoughts.
