Following the singer listing Nicki Minaj as one of her favorite artists, the former American Idol judge has opened up to E! News and gushed over Cyrus. "OMG! Miley is sooooo cute and every time I see her I say again and again that she is so damn cute and down to earth. I really love her," Minaj said. "What a compliment that was to me. I really love her back. Thanks Miley!" The 20-year old has made many headlines over the past few weeks, most notably for her wacky We Can't Stop music video. "She looks very sexy and sassy in her new video," said Minaj. "I love it! I love her new look, she is really all grown up. I love that she cut her hair. Some people were iffy that she cut it but I love people that have the balls to do whatever they want." And while Jay-Z may mock Miley for her Twerking, Nicki only has positive things to say about the act and her fellow star. "I can tell now Miley is really developing into her own self. I love her Twerking moments. That's what is is all about being an artist."
