Paris Jackson reached out to fans through her mother Debbie Rowe, thanking them for their support and promising to keep fighting the good fight.
"My daughter has asked that I extend a huge thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers and support," Rowe tweeted Monday at Paris' request.
"She is strong like her father."
Paris, who has formed a very close bond with Debbie this year, is currently seeking a long-term care facility once she leaves UCLA Medical Center.
She's finding that quest surprisingly difficult, however.
Sources familiar with the situation say UCLA doctors will NOT let Paris return home, because they believe she is still a serious danger to herself.
Until she gets professional help, another Paris Jackson suicide attempt is a real threat, they feel, so a long-term mental health facility is optimal.
Tricky part is finding one that will take her.
Debbie Rowe researched adolescent facilities around the country and found one in Utah that would be perfect, only to be shot down, TMZ reports.
The fear is that photographers hungry to sell their pics to celebrity news outlets will go crazy and threaten Paris' privacy, as well as other patients'.
Paris' family is asking them to reconsider, but in the meantime, she's stuck at UCLA. Rowe is telling friends, "It's just a tragedy. This girl needs help."
Here's hoping she gets all that she needs and more.
