If Lea Michele made viewers cry last night at the Teen Choice Awards, Ashton Kutcher made them laugh.
And perhaps contemplate life a bit more than usual.
Upon earning the Ultimate Choice surfboard, the Two and a Half Men star joked that it's really the "old guy award" and therefore took some time to offer advice to young stars such as Demi Lovato and Miley Cyrus.
As well as those in attendance and watching at home.
After saying that the "sexiest thing in the world is being really smart" and that "every opportunity looks a lot like work," Kutcher closed with:
"Everything around us that we call life was made up of people that are no smarter than you. And you can build your own things and you can build your own life that other people can live in. So build a life, don't live one, find your opportunities and always be sexy."
And don't cheat on your life, Ashton probably should have added.
Still, we can't knock the guy too much here. These are some wage words.
