Michael Girgenti? Denied!
For the first time since this male model filed for paternity of little Mason Dash, Kourtney Kardashian has spoken out and confirmed: Scott Disick is the father of her first born - and she has the DNA test to prove it!
"After three-and-a-half years of rumors and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason's father," Kourtney tells E! in a statement. While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies - especially when the truth was never in doubt - this story must be put to rest."
Kourtney, in fact, denies ever having boned Girgenti, who has said repeatedly that he met Kardashian late 2008 and slept with her in the spring of 2009.
In court documents filed a couple weeks ago, Girgenti requested joint custody of Mason if proven to be the toddler's actual father. He even promised Kourtney that he'd make a great parent.
