Domonique Newburn, a transgender reality show star who appeared on the YouTube series Hollywood Houseboys, was found dead in her apartment Tuesday afternoon.
Authorities responded to a 911 call after neighbors heard violent sounds emanating from Newburn's Fontana, California residence and arrived a short while later to find her body near a window.
The apartment was trashed.
Police say a suspect in his late 20s or early 30s - about 5'8" with average build - was spotted leaving the apartment and driving a Mercedes that belonged to Newburn.
