Life & Style has bad news for anyone ogling any Kim Kardashian photos at the moment:
Not everything you're starting at is natural.
As part of The Making of Kim Kardashian, a special magazine that actually exists and is on newsstands now, sources say "Kim had lipo on her legs and the doctor moved the fat into her butt."
This would apparently explain why no plastic surgery showed up on Kim's infamous butt X-ray.
Says Dr. Michelle Copeland, who should clearly have her medical license revoked for speaking to a tabloid:
"It definitely appears that Kim had her butt augmented. An implant has to be radio opaque to show up on an X-ray, so it's possible she has a type of implant that would not be detected."
