Julio Yanez takes the old adage "rubbing people the wrong way" to a new level.
The Boone, N.C., resident was recently arrested after he allegedly entered a woman's unlocked apartment, got into her bed and tried to give her a back rub.
She apparently wasn't into it.
The 29-year-old had already been arrested for similar offenses twice before.
In a July incident, a victim told Yanez to leave, but he refused and tried to give her a back rub again. The victim rebuffed him, and he was later arrested.
After that incident, additional women came forward and claimed Yanez entered their rooms and tried to initiate back rubs in both April and June.
