Others believe that pieces of currency are actually their cell phone.

A man passed out on a bench was arrested for public intoxication by Iowa City Police in Minnesota around 2:30 a.m. Saturday after they smelled alcohol on his breath and requested identification.

First, Deaaron M. Hearn responded by offering the cops some cash. Then, when they gave him a chance to call a friend and be taken home, he placed a $20 bill to his ear and attempted to talk into it.
