Sadly, it has happened again.
A couple weeks after patrons at a Kansas restaurant stiffed a waiter on a tip because his "homosexual lifestyle is an affront to God," according the message they left on their check, a server in New Jersey has been faced with the same unfortunate fate.
Dayna Morales, a former Marine, shared her experience with the LGBT-friendly blog "Have a Gay Day," recounting how the mother of two children was shocked by Dayna's short hair.
When Morales then went to collect payment on a $93.55 tab, she found the following note in lieu of a tip:
"I'm sorry but I cannot tip because I don't agree with your lifestyle & how you live your life."
Morales posted the note (above) on Facebook and included with it the following rant:
"I am THOROUGHLY offended mad pissed off and hurt that THIS is what her kids will grow up learning and that I served in the Marines to keep ignorant people like them free.
"Sorry lady but I don't agree with YOUR lifestyle and the way you're raising your kids but you didn't see me throwing that in your face and giving you shitty service. Keep your damn mouth shut and pray we never cross paths again."
Insulting notes left on restaurant receipts are tragically all the rage these days.
In October, a Red Lobster waitress was stunned to find a note from a customer that referred to her as the N-Word, while a pastor somehow refused to tip a waitress back in January because he said
