Awkward family photos are the best. Especially this time of year.
The Today show compiled some of the most noteworthy holiday images from across the nation this week, and even got a response from an Instagram user.
Lindsay Welch claims she is one of the kids staring through a window in one of the more hilariously creepy images seen on the morning show.
Other highlights, of course, included kids freaking out on Santa's lap (always a Christmas mainstay) and other priceless, albeit unintended photos.
